White & Blush Wines

	Little Hills Main Street White A semi-dry light bodied wine with floral overtones and sweetness in the finish.  It is made from a blend of French-American hybrid grapes.  It is also one of our American Tradition wines reflecting the characteristic taste associated with the Vitis Lubrusca American Grapes, a species native to our country.  It is perfect with appetizers including brick cheese or soft white cheeses like Brie.  Purchase
	Little Hills Cobblestone White Cobblestone White is a semi-dry light bodied white wine with floral overtones and sweetness in the finish.  Made from a blend of French-American hybrid grapes; the Seval and Vidal grapes.  It has a slight citrus finish, drier than Main Street.  It's the perfect choice when entertaining.  This wine is great with soup and salad, and it's favorite cheese is Swiss or Muenster. 	Little Hills Chardonel Chardonel is made from a hybrid grape aged in stainless steel with oak chips.  The hybrid is a cross between a Chardonnay and Seyval grape.  It still has a buttery finish (because of the Chardonnay grape), but also has a fruity flavor (because of the Seyval grape).  The finish will not seem as dry as a Chardonnay.  It's a fantastic compliment to seafood and chicken. 	Little Hills Vingoles Seyval is made from the Seyval grape grown in Missouri and aged in stainless steel.  It has a crisp, clean finish and a fruity flavor.  Being a semi-sweet white, the taste isn't dry like a Chardonnay.  Best served chilled, but not cold. Purchase
	Little Hills Seyval Little Hills Seyval is a dry white wine from the Missouri grown Seyval grape. It has a crisp, clean, fruity finish full with flavor.  Although a dry wine, it won't dry the mouth like a Chardonnay would. Stainless steel aged, serve chilled. Great with salmon or grilled chicken. 	Little Hills Traminette Traminette is a semi-dry white wine made from the Traminette grape grown in the southwest region of Missouri.  This grape is a "cousin" to the German Gewurtztraminer grape. It is somewhat drier than a Missouri Reisling, however closer to a Pinot Grigio, with a full bodied flavor. Serve chilled. Purchase
	Little Hills Catawba Blush (Pronounced: Cat-awww-ba) Catawba is a light semi-sweet blush wine, made from the American Catawba grape that is native to Missouri and popular in southwest Missouri vineyards. Also known as Missouri's version of "white zin", it's one of our American Tradition wines that reflects the characteristic taste associated with the Vitis Lubrusca American grapes, a species native to our country.  Best when served chilled. 	Little Hills Sweet Abbie Rosé Sweet Abbie Rosé is made from the tangy American Catawba grape, with an extra pinch of sugar.  It's extra rich and full of fruity flavor, richer than a White Zinfandel. It is another one of our American Tradition wines, reflecting the characteristics of the Vitis Lubrusca American grapes native to our country.  Serve chilled with fresh fruit and vegetables, or mild cheeses. Red Wines
 

	Little Hills Reserve Our Reserve wine is oak aged for 6 years from a blend of Norton and Cynthiana grapes.  It's a full bodied wine with a smooth, dry finish. Purchase
	Little Hills Main Street Red Main Street Red is a sweet, fruity, full bodied red wine made from the  Catawba and Concord grapes. This wine should be refrigerated and is great with a deep chocolate cake or a cheeseburger with Colby cheese. Purchase
	Little Hills Mon Fils Mon Fils is a bold, semi-dry red wine with a light body and soft silky finish.  Mon Fils is considered an Off-Dry wine because it is made from a blend of Norton (dry) and Catawba (sweet) grapes. This is the red for the non-red drinkers.  It makes a wonderful pairing with pizza, pasta, or muenster cheese. Purchase
	Little Hills Norton Our Norton wine is crafted from the Norton grape which is the state grape of Missouri and Pennsylvania.  Fermented in French oak, it yields a rich, full-bodied red wine with a dry character. Goes great with read meat and barbecue. Purchase
	Little Hills Cobblestone Red Cobblestone Red is a rich blend of the Norton and St. Vincent grapes and barreled in French Oak. It appears and tastes very light, similar to a Merlot, but is the closest we carry to a Cabernet Sauvignon in flavor.   It's also compared to a light Pinot Noir.  Purchase
	Little Hills Rivers Bend Little Hills Rivers Bend wine is barreled in stainless steel using a blend of the Norton grape and the St. Vincent grapes. It is light like a Merlot and is the closest we carry to a Merlot. The difference between this and the Cobblestone Red is oak. This fermentation is crisp and fruity while still dry, but not oaky.   Purchase
	Little Hills Concord Concord is made from Missouri's own traditional Concord grape creating a very smooth, semi-sweet, jam-like flavored red wine.  This is one of our American Tradition wines that reflect the characteristic taste associated with the Vitis Lubrusca American grapes, a species native to our country.
